The Miami Dolphins bullying scandal, amplified in advance of the 2014 NFL Combine thanks to the release of the Ted Wells report, remains very much in the news. Unless you're Ryan Tannehill.
Despite most of the NFL-watching world waiting to see what punishments and personnel moves will come as a result, Tannehill's more interested, via the Associated Press, in trying to "move forward."
"I didn't read it. I saw a few pages of it and got overwhelmed by a 140 or whatever pages and skipped it. I'm just glad it's out," Tannehill said. "I'm glad it's out. The evaluations, the summaries have been made, the points have been taken and now we can move forward. There's no more hanging on, looking forward to it coming out, anxious about it coming out. It's out now, we've had the consequences, the repercussions and now we can put it in the past and move forward."
Tannehill added that the report is "behind us," which is probably something that needs a pretty hard sell for anyone to believe.
"I think it's behind us at this point," Tannehill said. "Obviously we'll try to learn from it and correct things Coach Philbin and the coaching staff feel need to be changed. We want to have a healthy locker room."
Tannehill was on the Dolphins Leadership Council along with Richie Incognito, who was blasted in the Wells report for the way he treated Jonathan Martin.
As he grows into a leadership role -- Tannehill is entering just his third season with the Dolphins -- he'll hopefully become a guy who can help put the Fins locker room in a good place moving forward.
It's notable and impressive that he's trying to get everyone else to move past the Wells report. But there's still too many questions and concerns to do that.

Ravens WR Deonte Thompson arrested, charged with marijuana possession
It's been a tough PR week for the Baltimore Ravens. A week that's already seen the evolution of Ray Rice's domestic trouble now ends with the news that second-year wide receiver Deonte Thompson has been arrested and charged with suspicion of possession marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred Friday night as the car Thompson was riding in was pulled over for not having its headlights on. Upon inspection, officers found bags containing a total of 29 grams of marijuana in a duffel bag. Police said Thompson told them that only the duffel bag was his; the other two people in the car said the drugs were theirs.The Ravens released a statement Saturday, saying only "We are aware of the situation. We are gathering more facts. There are two sides to every story."
Thompson caught 10 passes in seven games for the Ravens this year. He has 4.3 speed but hasn't put it all together yet. As this would be Thompson's first offense of the league's personal-conduct policy, he will probably not face suspension, but we'll see if there's more to this story.
