Broncos RB Montee Ball, TE Julius Thomas, and WR Emmanuel Sanders all injured in Week 11

It was a bad day all around for the Denver Broncos. Running back Montee Ball (groin), tight end Julius Thomas (ankle) and wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (consussion) all left the team's 22-7 loss at the hands of the St. Louis Rams early on Sunday.Early in the first quarter, Ball reaggravated a groin injury he'd been dealing with for the better part of the season. He went to the sideline, received some treatment, and re-entered the game. On his next carry, he injured it again and did not return. There is a decent chance he could be done for a while.Thomas was also injured in the first quarter, after catching just his second pass of the day. He's had issues with his ankles in his first few seasons. The early hope is that it's not too serious and he won't miss more than a game, if that.Sanders was injured on one of the best hits you'll see in the NFL. Rams safety Rodney McLeod absolutely hammered Sanders on a pass in the third quarter. Sanders will have to go through the league's concussion protocol, so it's uncertain how long he'll miss. He could return next week when the Broncos face Miami.

Ball simply can't catch a break and he's likely a fantasy non-factor for the rest of the season. With RB Ronnie Hillman still injured as well, RB C.J. Anderson is a borderline RB1 because of the team he plays on. Thomas and Sanders' statuses should be monitored as the week progresses. QB Peyton Manning will need all the weapons he can get at his disposal this week. The Miami Dolphins defense is playing about as well as any in the league right now.If Sanders misses time, WRs Wes Welker and Andre Caldwell will see more snaps, but aren't really trustworthy fantasy options. If Thomas misses time, TE Jacob Tamme will be a decent spot start in PPR leagues.
