Michael Oher is headed to Tennessee. (USATSI)

When the Ravens drafted Michael Oher with the No. 23 overall pick in the 2009 draft, they hoped they'd get a left tackle for the present and the future. But instead of finding stability at the left tackle spot, the team was forced to move him from right to left and back again because Oher struggled more than the team would have expected.
While Oher wasn't seen as a priority in Baltimore as he headed into free agency -- and he ranked No. 117 on the CBSSports.com free agent list -- the Titans were more than interested in adding Oher to their roster.
That's why, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Tennessee and Oher have agreed to a four-year, $20 million deal with $9.5 million guaranteed.
According to the Pro Football Focus measurements, Oher ranked 68th out 76 tackles in 2013, while the Titans left tackle, Michael Roos, was No. 15. Considering Tennessee didn't re-sign free agent right tackle David Stewart (No. 36, via PFF), it seems likely that Oher will play on the right side of that offensive line.

A handful of TE2 types were signed Thursday
At least five tight ends signed contracts on Thursday, and there is plenty of time for that list to grow before the day is over. What do they all have in common? None of them are exceedingly interesting in fantasy. They all fall into the TE2 category to varying degrees. The Packers re-signed Andrew Quarless to a two-year, $3 million contract. The Texans gave Garrett Graham some significant coin: $11.25 million over three years. The Bills agreed to terms with Scott Chandler on a two-year deal.It sounds like a deal for Brandon Pettigrew from either the Jets, Lions or Raiders will come shortly. Also, Jim Dray signed with the Browns, and Dante Rosario signed with the Bears. Both are known primarily as blockers.
If I have to pick one, Quarless is the most captivating player of the bunch. Perhaps captivating is too strong of a word to use, but he looks like the favorite to replace Jermichael Finley as the Packers' leading tight end. Quarless strung together a couple of nice box scores late last season, catching six passes for 66 yards and a touchdown in Weeks 14 and 15 each. Plus, there is upside with any tight end who gets a lot of playing time and sees his targets come from Aaron Rodgers. Quarless is only 25 years old.Diagnosing the other guys is fairly simple: Chandler is stuck in cement and doesn't provide much fantasy value when he doesn't score. Pettigrew is a short-range TE who can't block; Graham will share time and numbers with teammate Ryan Griffin, who I think is the better fantasy pick of the two.
