Somehow, some way, the Cleveland Cavaliers secured the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft on Tuesday night. It was their third No. 1 pick in the last four years, an incomprehensible number.
Our CBSSports.com colleague and good friend Matt Moore did an excellent job of breaking down what the Cavs could do with the first pick in a loaded draft (and you can check out CBSSports.com's 2014 NBA Mock Drafts here), but one famous Cleveland athlete has his own opinion.
Yes, Johnny Manziel, new quarterback of the Cleveland Browns, thinks Andrew Wiggins is the pick.
Cavs and @22wiggins ??

Kind of anyway: the question mark kind of leaves it open to speculation. Manziel and Wiggins would be a pretty stout young core for the city of Cleveland to finally flip things around and win something. Add in the Indians Trevor Bauer maybe possibly finally starting to produce at the MLB level and you've got a trio that could challenge the D.C. area triumverate of Robert Griffin III / John Wall / Stephen Strasburg.
This assumes the Cavs won't screw up the pick and do something weird, of course. That's totally possible and it could leave people in Cleveland wishing Johnny Football ran the local basketball team.
