Roddy White isn't a fan of anonymous sources. (USATSI)
Apparently, an anonymous player personnel director for an NFL team doesn't think much of the Packers-Falcons matchup for Monday.
Though Green Bay already is a 12.5-point favorite for its home game, that personnel director thinks the Falcons, who are tied for first place in the NFC South, should be an even bigger underdog.
"If the Falcons win the division, it will be unbelievable," that person told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel this week. "That would be a joke. If Green Bay doesn't torch them for 40, I'll be shocked."
While a 40-point win might be a bit much, six of the eight CBSSports.com expert pickers think Green Bay will cover that spread.
But Falcons receiver Roddy White won't be deterred. Maybe because he doesn't know the source of those comments.

Nothing pisses me off more than people who don't like to put there name on things I wonder what his team record is

People are crazy divisions have been won going 7-9 8-8 in this league before a team has won the super bowl that went 9-7 I like our chances

Everything in that last tweet is true, and there's a good chance the winner of the NFC South will finish the season with a sub-.500 record. But that doesn't mean the personnel director was incorrect. Because there happens to be a good chance the Packers are going to lambast the Falcons on Monday.

Vikings RB Jerick McKinnon placed on season-ending IR due to back injury
Rookie running back Jerick McKinnon of the Minnesota Vikings has been placed on season-ending injured reserve due to a back injury sustained in Week 12. McKinnon missed last week's game and has been unable to practice since sustaining the injury.McKinnon had emerged as the Vikings' best running back after starter Adrian Peterson was suspended early in the season, rushing for 538 yards on 113 carries. He also added 27 catches for 135 receiving yards.RB Matt Asiata will get the start in Week 14 versus the New York Jets.
With a good matchup, Asiata can be a viable fantasy running back. This week is not one of those weeks. The Jets allow the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs. It's an unfortunate end to McKinnon's season. He had not found the end zone yet, but his 4.8 yards-per-carry average was a promising sign that he'd eventually break out and have a monster game. Due to the lack of touchdowns, he'd been hovering around 10 PPR points in most of his starts. He's someone to keep tabs on next season as his athleticism and play-making ability are undeniable.
