Bills WR Sammy Watkins misses practice again Friday; Week 10 status uncertain



Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins missed his second straight practice on Friday. He left practice early Wednesday after aggravating a groin injury, but all the talk coming out of Buffalo sounded like it was minor. He underwent what, at the time, was called a 'precautionary' MRI.His status for Week 10 is uncertain at this point.



Watkins has had back-to-back monster fantasy games and his owners were finally starting to reap the benefits of drafting this rookie WR. Missing a Friday practice altogether is a concern. We'll see what other reports come out of Buffalo over the weekend, but it's likely he'll be slapped with a 'questionable' tag and be a game-time decision for their game Sunday versus Kansas City.Monitor this closely. Even if he does play, it's a tough matchup with the Chiefs. They are allowing the ninth fewest fppg to opposing receivers and allow the fewest passing yards per game of all NFL teams.
