CONCACAF fined Mexican club Toluca $5,000 on Tuesday for taping a San Jose Earthquakes training session before their second leg of the CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinals.
The Earthquakes filed a complaint alleging that Toluca filmed San Jose's training on March 18 at Estadio Nemesio DÃez, the day before the match.
The Earthquakes and Toluca drew 1-1, and the hosts advanced to the semifinals on penalties.
CONCACAF ruled that Toluca broke the "FIFA Disciplinary Code for unsporting behavior and Fair Play."
Toluca may not appeal the ruling.

PSG vs Chelsea – Money Back if Penalty is Scored
After crashing out at the same stage at the hands of Barcelona last term, Paris Saint-Germain aim to go at least one step further this time out, but for that to happen they need to get past Premier League giants Chelsea.
Having been in impressive form of late, the hosts have been made favourites to win the first leg at Parc des Princes, and no doubts Chelsea defence will have their work cut out for them when facing the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi.
If a Penalty is Scored at any time during the PSG v Chelsea Champions League match, BetVictor will refund all losing bets on Correct Score, First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Anytime Goalscorer, Scorecast and Half-Time/Full-Time markets as a free bet up to £25.
