Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) unlikely to play Week 8

NFL Media's Albert Breer reported on Twitter Saturday morning that Bengals star wide receiver A.J. Green, who is dealing with a toe injury, is unlikely to play Sunday in the team's divisional showdown with the Baltimore Ravens. Green is trying to recover from ligament damage underneath his big toe.Green has missed the past two weeks. In Week 6, the Bengals still put up 37 points against Carolina in a game that ended in a tie. However, in their Week 7 loss to Indianapolis, the Bengals' offense was stagnant, amassing a paltry 135 yards on the day.

With Green out, Mohamed Sanu figures to be the only wide receiver worth considering in fantasy. The Ravens allow the sixth-most fantasy points per game to the position, so he's a decent option in spite of the team's performance last week against the Colts. Without Green, QB Andy Dalton's value is the most impacted. The Ravens are already one of the top teams in the league against fantasy quarterbacks. Take away his top weapon, and Dalton is not a starting option in most formats.Expect Giovani Bernard to be more involved in the passing game than usual, making him a solid RB1 option, especially in PPR formats.
