Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles (knee, ankle) misses practice

Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles missed Wednesday practice due to swelling in his knee and ankle soreness. Charles sustained the knee injury in Week 13's loss to the Broncos, but he has remained on the field without seeing a decrease in work over the past two weeks. When asked about Charles' status for Week 15, head coach Andy Reid said, "I think he'll be OK, but he's going to go through treatment. We'll just see." The Chiefs will host the Raiders this Sunday. Charles' status throughout the week will be one of the most closely monitored situations in all of fantasy football. Check back with FFToolbox and Scout Fantasy throughout the week as we will update his status as information becomes available. If Charles is unable to go, RB Knile Davis will be a workhorse that can elevate a fantasy team to championship week. Of course, Charles' owners are hoping oh so dearly that their RB1 can suit up against the Raiders, who have one of the worst run defenses in the league They were just gashed by Charles for 122 total yards and two touchdowns a few weeks ago.
